Smart Dog Dallas is a premium doggie day-care facility located just outside of downtown Dallas. Their unique approach is rooted in a mission, “to provide dogs with a safe, happy and healthy environment that they will love every day.” This owner operated facility offers daycare, boarding, grooming, and even a chauffeur service. With a commitment to providing dogs with a
safe and happy environment, this high-use facility needed a floor that could withstand the demands of constant foot and paw traffic while also supporting a safe and sanitary environment.
Existing Remodel. Full installation seamless, anti-microbial seamless flake system complete with a vapor barrier epoxy primer and high- performance silver-ion fortified topcoats. All materials used were required to be LEED Eligible as per USGBC LEED Version 4/4.1.

These products are all 3rd party certified to meet compliance requirements as per California Department of Public Health CDPH/ EHLB/Standard Method Version 1.2, 2017. This ensures that the animals will have no exposure whatsoever to any harmful emissions from the resinous floor coating itself.
