Our process begins with floor grinding, an essential step to prepare the surface for optimal coating adhesion. We meticulously employ either shot blasting or diamond grinding techniques to ensure a flawless foundation. FloorPoxy is committed to delivering exceptional results to every client.
Our expert team removed surface imperfections from Leviton’s existing flooring by grinding down the top layer.
The next phase involves the application of our high-performance epoxy floor coatings. These premium products are engineered to create durable and resilient surfaces capable of withstanding a wide range of stains and chemicals. Our standard epoxy flooring system typically consists of one coat of FPX Vapor Seal, FPX 1704, or FPX 1200 Series Epoxy Primer (available in pigmented or clear options), followed by a single coat of FPX 3300 or 3100 Epoxy (also in pigmented or clear variations). To enhance the finish, an optional topcoat of FPX 9520 Gloss or 9520S Satin CRU can be added, in either pigmented or clear form for gloss finishes, or clear for satin.
